As the President of Renaissance Executive Forums for the
Inland Empire, I hired CM Associates, Marcy Kessler & Cheryl
Paulette to assist with the leadership training for my CEO
teams.  Their topic was "Identifying Leadership Behaviors that
Drive Results".  CM Associates conducted this same session
for the Long Beach Executive Forum CEO group last April 2005.

Their executive training illustrated the need to focus on Total
Performance, which is a two-step process of identifying the
goals to be achieved and the behaviors required to
successfully reach those goals.  During the training, they also
demonstrated how the selection process could be improved
by focusing on the identified, desired behaviors for internal
promotions and external hires.

This training was well received by the CEO's as it provided a
specific tool for each of them to enhance performance and
increase accountability for all levels within their respective
companies.
